Masghati:

Shoko masghati is a kind of Masghati which is a traditional Iranian dessert. In Iran, to make masghati, starch is first dissolved in water and then heated; After reaching the desired consistency, sugar and saffron are added and it is decorated with nuts. Masghati has a sweet taste, a soft texture, and an elastic state! The presence of nuts, saffron, and rose water all increase the properties of masghati!
